Eric has been working in construction since 1985, with extensive experience with residential and commercial projects large and small.

Eric has a BS from Biola University in Business Administration, and did extensive coursework in Civil Engineering and Construction Management at Cal Poly Pomona. He went to work for a local construction company as an estimator/project manager in 1985, learning commercial construction. He started his own company, C.E. Rose and Company, in 1987 at the age of 27, and has never looked back. He has built many commercial structures and custom homes in Sonoma County as well as commercial and residential remodels. He has developed several small residential subdivisions as well as commercial buildings.

In addition to Project Management, Eric is responsible for the financial accounting of DETAILS of Sonoma and also provides estimating services. Eric is a certified contractor, license 544316.

Eric was born in Santa Rosa, left the area to live in Bishop and Southern California, then returned to Sonoma County in 1985. His family has roots in the area going back to 1925.
